Shipping & Delivery

All shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. If you received Free Shipping and return an item for non defect you will be charged for the original shipping costs incurred by FOREVER LED. If a product is deemed defective, new shipping cost will be charged to the buyer for the replacement as well as any return shipping charges to FOREVER LED. Re-stocking fee of 25% maybe accessed on returned items. Please call for an RMA number.

All Wreaths, Garland and Trees are Special Order items along with any items including LED Lights that are purchased by FOREVER LED Specifically for a customers’ needs, cannot be returned nor refunded and all shipping cost will be the responsibly of the customer.

All Sale or Clearnace Items are Non-Refundable nor do we offer a Warranty on it.

International

For your Convenience we have setup our web-site for shipments to Canada. We are one of the few companies that will ship to Canada.

Although most of our orders come across the border through NAFTA just fine, we have had customer experience problems. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. FOREVER LED is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. No product shipped outside of the USA can be returned and any warranty or guarantee shall be waived by the customer.

Sales Tax

FOREVER LED charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate of 7% in the state of Indiana.

Warranties

FOREVER LED will warrant the product from defect for 90 days from the date of purchase. You may have an extended Warranty which will be included with your purchase. Keep this informaion as we do not have the extended warranty information and they are different. We Only offer a 90 Day Warranty. FOREVER LED is not responsible to contact Manufacture concerning its warranty after its 90 day warranty expires. This warranty is void if any evidence of misuse is evident. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product once received and contract us for warranty replacement. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer and all warranty is void outside the USA

Return Policy

FOREVER LED allows for the return of lighting product for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase and so long as it is unused and saleable condition and does not violate conditions stated above and Shipping, International and Warranty statements until December 1, of the current year. A refund will be issued once the product is returned and found in satisfactory condition. All shipping cost will be the responsibly of the buyer, including any Free Shipping received at the time of check out. A 25% re-stocking Fee maybe charged against credit. FOREVER LED reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
