What's with the Bright White LED Christmas Lights and color Variations?

The White LED Christmas Lights is bright, a cold effect! In fact most people think they are eye piercing…Great for some displays not so great for others. If you want a bright display (many do) then the white (even with the cold blue tone) is for you. If you want to tone it down then use the Soft (Warm) White LED. It’s more like incandescent lighting.

Also the White will pick up colors surrounding it, if the lights are on a blue house it will look more blue, if its against a brown trim then the Lights will look White. Rule of thumb is that if the color behind it comes from any blue tone then you will notice the blue tint more. All in all it is a beautiful light for people to see from blocks away. A really WOW factor.

As to the color variations you will notice the biggest difference in the Blue LED Christmas Lights as the spectrum of color has a larger degree of allowance because of the cost. About 90% of the LED's made for colors like blue, soft white, green, etc. are not allowed because of the range of variation is too wide. The nature of the materials used in LED's is what drives the costs up.

We have maintained a ‘balance’ in the color range to keep your costs down. Although you may notice a change in color especially in very large orders, the color is still true to the product. Most do not notice at all once the lights are hung.
